Red Bird 2008
The Red Bird Mission Statement:
We believe that God
is sending us to Red Bird to do more than restore homes. God is
calling us to build relationships, show God’s love and be
Christ to others.
Red Bird Mission Trip - July 26th
to August 3rd, 2008
Work at Red Bird this year included:
-
Doing the last phase of shingling a roof,
-
Putting up 4x8 pieces of siding on the front of the house,
-
Designing and constructing spindles for a deck rail,
-
Painting an entire house, 18 feet by 36 feet,
-
Installing plywood and linoleum flooring in bathroom.
